GITEX Global 2024 in Dubai made history as a record-breaking edition – an event that brought together more than 200,000 technology leaders from over 180 countries, showcasing the future of innovation and setting new standards for global collaboration.
With as many as 6,500 exhibitors, 1,800 startups and 1,200 investors, this year’s edition had unprecedented momentum. This prestigious group also included 40 Polish companies and startups, whose booths attracted the attention of key business partners from the Middle East and other markets.

Expand North Star – The Future for Startups
An integral part of GITEX GLOBAL 2024 was the Expand North Star platform, offering startups a unique opportunity to attract investors and business partners. Among the companies presenting at the fair was Poland’s Brainscan, a startup that in March 2024 won the pitch competition held as part of the Scale It Global program, organized by MK Business Link and Dubai World Trade Centre. Thanks to that win, Brainscan received a booth at GITEX from the organizer and advanced to the semifinals of the Supernova Challenge, one of the most important competitions for innovative startups in the Middle East.
